Richard has been building for over 15 years. From sweeping floors of office buildings in Miami, to earning an opportunity as an Assistant Property Manager to being the lead Construction Manager of Interior Build-outs throughout South Florida. Now, being the individual who leads an organization and having people that depend on you bares an important responsibility. Richards daily goal and passion, is to learn something new each day and be better each day.
